Intake and storage
The warehouse scans tracking, records weight, and matches the box to a customer. Photos are available for $5, while final dimensions are recorded during shipment preparation.

- Personal warehouse visits are unavailable
Returns and disposal
Seller returns require an instruction, valid label, and payment of related handling. Prohibited, dangerous, or unclaimed goods are handled under law and may be disposed of at customer cost.
