Rules depend on the item, carrier, and destination. If a category is unclear, request written approval before ordering.
Illegal goods and categories that cannot be safely transported on the selected route are prohibited. This is not an exhaustive list.
Batteries, electronics, liquids, fragrance, aerosols, supplements, medicine, food, cosmetics, and dual-use items may require documents, special packing, or a different route.
A parcel with restricted contents is held for review. Lawful return, disposal, or another permitted option is paid by the customer and follows warehouse rules.
